Dreaming Of Dolphins

One man, one camera, one vision. Incredibly, Paul Obernay captured all of the footage used in the making of this film on his own in only 5 days. This film was made without any manipulation of the wildlife, this film shows nature exactly as Paul observed it. Nature behaving naturally.

'Dreaming of Dolphins' provides the primary therapeutic audio visual content of the Dolphin Dome. A beautifully made film that makes you want to reach out and touch the dolphins on screen.

Filmed entirely on location in the azure blue waters of the Bahamas Ridges and Banks in July 2009. Sit back, relax and immerse yourself in the liquid realm of these beautiful, gentle and graceful, spirited, wild and free Atlantic Spotted Dolphins.

The Footage used in Dreaming of Dolphins has been carefully edited and is set to a beautiful soundtrack with music from Ryan Farish, Haley Westenra, Ronan Hardiman and Craig Pruess along the with the lovely poem 'Dolphin Dreams' by Lynn New with a touching, heartfelt narration by Kim Hoffmeister.

Within this film you will see some very rare video of dolphins at night in the open ocean. Something experienced by very few people but captured on video by Paul Obernay. The night time scene is a graceful, beautiful ballet, naturally performed by these free oceanic dolphins, set to the enchanting song 'Prayer' sung by Haley Westenra. This is something not to be missed.

If 'Dreaming of Dolphins' doesn't stimulate your senses and emotions then you have no soul.

Paul Obernay solely fulfilled all roles in the production of this film. He was adventurer, camera man, editor, scene compositor, soundtrack complier, product designer, technician and producer.

There was no director required for this film. For no man can do better than what nature does naturally.
